Upcoming Plans for Cierustudio
TLDR:I will be taking a break from mass-producing Genshin figurines to focus on customs and personal projects. I know many have been looking forward to a store update, so this might be disappointing news. ( _ _)人They may come back again but I have no timeline to provide yet.-----------------------------------------------
I’ve found that it takes up too much time and effort to mass-produce a batch of genshin figures, as one person.As rewarding and lovely it is to have more people own my work (´꒳`)♡, I'd like to have more time to make new things and be able to put all my care into smaller projects!The recent batch of 20 I made for the booth took me a month to 3D print. There were many failed prints, frustrating printer issues, and long periods where I was unable to set up the next print. (ﾉಥ益ಥ)ﾉIt took another month to sand, prime, paint, and varnish all of them. Besides the physical effort, it is also a little mentally draining to juggle different projects at once.I may make new figures to share on socials, but I will not be selling them through a store update.It's hard to believe I've already made and sold 50 Genshin figures (10 at the first event, 20 online, 20 at the second event). Thank you so much to everyone that has gotten one or shown interest in getting one so far! (⁄ ⁄•⁄ω⁄•⁄ ⁄)I’ll be moving on to taking custom figurine commissions, something I've been wanting to do for a while.I'll be taking YCH commissions for my sitting and standing figures! I'm also thinking to accept chibi creature/mascot commissions. Will update my site with commission info once it's all settled. Thank you for reading!
